We recommend reserving your tent rental several months in advance, as popular dates and weekends fill up quickly during peak seasons.

Frame tents are supported by a free standing structure and do not require any center poles. Frame tents do require anchoring to secure tents in harsh weather conditions and can be anchored into grass, asphalt, or concrete surfaces. Certain situations will not allow the use of stakes and therefore tents can be secured with weighted barrels or concrete blocks.

Pole tents also called tension tents are supported by center poles and side poles. Anchoring is required at tension points around the perimeter.

The style of tent you choose is dependent on the surface where you plan to have the tent set up.  For example, grass surfaces work better with pole tents and asphalt surfaces work best with frame tents.  The number of guests you plan on having, the space you have available, and the type of event you are hosting are also important factors to keep in mind.  Please review our Tent Options page for more detailed information on tent styles and options.

Yes. Tents can definitely be used on asphalt or concrete surfaces. If you wish to avoid stake holes, a frame tent with weights can be used. If holes are drilled for stakes, we will patch them after your event (no charge). More information on this topic can be found on our Tent Options page.

We offer tent sidewalls, globe lights, and linen rentals in addition to our tent rental services. We do not offer any tables, chairs, dance floor, china, flatware, or glassware rental services. For more details on the items we offer, please visit our Tent Options page.

Yes. We require 50% of the total cost upon reservation. This will hold your rental items for your selected date. The remaining 50% of the total cost must be paid upon delivery/setup.

Pricing depends on the tent type and size, as well as the the items you may also rent to go with it. These items may include sidewalls, tables, chairs, or globe lights. For pricing, please visit our Tent Options page.

All pricing includes delivery, setup, and tear down. We are based in Carlisle, PA. There is a fuel surcharge of $0.75/mile for rentals over 10 miles from Carlisle (delivery round trip and tear down round trip). If your tent setup location is within 10 miles of Carlisle, there is no fuel surcharge. All rentals are subject to Pennsylvania sales tax.

We require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% of the payment is due upon delivery/setup.

We accept cash or check. We do not accept credit/debit cards or online payments at this time.

Once your reservation has been made (event date reserved, contract signed, deposit paid), we do not offer free cancellations. If you cancel the tent rental the payments/deposits that have been made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

We operate seasonally from spring-fall. This is typically March 1st-October 31st. You may contact us to schedule your event anytime throughout the year. In fact, we recommend reserving your tent several months in advance to ensure availability for your event date.

At this time, we do not offer any tent sales.

We do not allow any “do-it-youself” tent setups to ensure your safety and the integrity of our equipment.  All our pricing includes delivery and setup, so you can relax and leave it to the experts!

We generally set up 1-3 days prior to the event date to allow time for you to make all the necessary preparations (flowers, decorations, etc.). We will discuss the setup/delivery timeline closer to your event date.

We rent tents “per event”.  Typical tent rentals are for up to 7 days.  To inquire about renting tents for more long-term use, please contact us.
